ARUMC Church and Society Book Talk will be held on Zoom on Thursday, January 23, at 7 p.m. for a discussion of Katharine Hayhoe's book Saving Us: A Climate Scientist's Case for Hope and Healing in a Divided Word. A Canadian climate scientist living in Texas, Hayoe negotiates distrust of data, indifference to imminent threats, and resistance to proposed solutions with ease.
